We form counterflashing, base flashing, coping, curb flashing, parapet caps, scupper and drain details, pipe and equipment penetrations, and wall terminations. Every piece is cut and bent in-house to dimensions we measure on your building, so laps are correct, hems are formed properly, and the metal sits tight to the substrate instead of being coaxed into place with sealant.

Flashing work is often what turns a recurring leak into a solved one. When we trace a leak on an existing roof and the entry point is a failed termination, we correct the detail — new metal, correct fastening pattern, correct overlap — rather than adding another layer of mastic that will crack in the next freeze-thaw cycle.

We flash TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, asphaltic and metal roof systems, on both new construction and existing buildings, and we coordinate the flashing with the membrane so the two work as one assembly.
